If you're going to be crazy enough to own a pool in England, Alan Bettin is a must. Every single person I've dealt with, whether it be in the shop, the home-visiting engineers or on the phone, is personable, friendly and professional. They spend time talking you through the pros and cons and the costs of various products and solutions and really listen to your requirements, rather than simply hard-selling a product. They call back when they say they will and there's always humour. Efficient and proficient every single one of them. To you all at Alan Bettin - you rock!

Our grubby pool needed a good clean and refurbishment after laying dormant all winter. AB Pools arrived on time and set about the task with diligence and high professional standards. Pete explained what he was doing and why and every aspect of the pool and the pump room was restored or replaced so that the pool could be used almost immediately. After many years of looking after the pool myself, or using a belligerent local pool maintenance supplier, AB Pools are refreshingly professional and know how to deliver excellent service. Top marks!

AB Pools installed a new filtration system from scratch after a fire - including the pool house. Very pleased with the work and the salt chlorination system is so much better than the old chlorine tablet system I used to have. A really professional job that will last for many years - highly recommended company to use.

We have been very impressed with your work, the standard of workmanship and all the people who work for you. Calvin was great throughout, keeping us informed and answering our (many!) questions!!
